10.0This immaculate accommodation is spacious with an understated elegance. We could relax in comfort and take in the fabulous view (when it wasn’t raining). The owner very thoughtfully provided everything needed for our stay from a well equipped kitchen (with coffee pods - thank you!), comfortable beds, a small couch by the large living room window that my daughter loved, and a nice wood burning stove that we enjoyed during the cool evenings. The house is very quiet and located away from the main tourist areas on Skye, but these are about an hour’s drive away and easily accessible. It is just a short walk to the Torabhaig Distillery which has nice daily tours. Internet access is fast, reliable, and worked great during early morning business meetings. We also appreciated the welcome gifts of a bottle of nice wine, delicious local chocolate, and a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers. Our recommendation for a great vacation is to just stay here as long as you can.
