8.0It was a good size for our family of x2 adults and x1 child. It was well very equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. It has been designed tastefully and furnished well. There was also a good amount of information for guests in the booklet. Staying here was very easy allowing us to properly enjoy our time.
− The shower pressure. The bathroom was really lovely but there was no water pressure despite it being an electric shower so it made using the shower a very slow and arduous process. Noise from neighbouring cottage at night. I note the guest book very politely requests guests to be considerate during the late hours but our sleep was disrupted at times. I suspect the sound proofing between the cottages is not the best. Not a dislike and not really an issue for us but the carpets were slightly wet to the touch during our stay - they may possibly have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Workmen working on neighbouring property - creating lots of dust and some noise around 8am this morning and parking a running van right outside the front of the cottage. It is appreciated this may be entirely out of the cottage owners control if they do not also own the neighbouring property. This did not really distract from our stay but may bother others.

− Property was well equipped but the shower and toilet were of poor quality and very low water pressure.
Fabulous stay in lovely cottage. Easy parking and access.

7.0location brilliant, so nice to walk to a few eateries, a michelin star restaurant and also a great pub , The Craster Arms, where they have a big beer garden and we were lucky to enjoy outdoor music there. Nice large bathroom , shower good and hot , and towels provided. Well equipped kitchen,.Close to beach, and walkable , nice quiet area, very relaxing
− accommodation quite small , we stayed as a couple but it is for 4 people , would of been a squash upstairs if 4 of us , no wardrobes in bedroom, have to use a cupboard on the top of the upstairs landing, bit strange, no dressing table, so hard to find a station to put toiletries and dry hair etc, as no mirror in the main bedroom, only a tall cupboard with drawers.
