8.0Clean, sufficient, good coffee and toiletries. Easy commute to Brecon beacon parks. Excellent accommodation for a large group like us.
− Mattresses could have been a bit more comfy..felt like they reached their end of life.
Great location for walking. Plenty of space for a big group.

− Few bits and pieces of maintenance needed but not really a big problem
Good location for a short stay to Brecon beacon.
7.0Upstairs was very spacious, bedding was clean, bathrooms were decent and great location for access to Brecon Beacons.
− Parking was an issue if you had more than one car. The kitchen did not accommodate cooking for 8 people as pots were only suitable for 2-4 people. Dining table and chairs were not clean and there were no dishwasher tablets. The lounge does not have enough seating for 8 people and is small compared to the rest of the house. The loft needs blinds on windows for summer sun shines over bed very early! Beds are on the softer side.

− The road can get fairly busy, and there is no garden furniture
very convenient, spacious and comfortable. Landlord was communicative and very helpful.
