Clean, cosy, welcoming, comfortable and lovely location. Always a pleasure staying at the beach hut. Lots to do close by for families, we love Landmark theme park, wildlife park, kayaking at Cullen sea school & white water rafting with Ace adventures. Also fabulous beach days at burghead & hopeman beaches.

This place is beautiful so cosy and immaculate.ive never been in such a clean beautiful caravan like this and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.wanted to book again for summer but its full . I will definitely be back. The owners obviously have high standards and it shows in this well kept caravan.thank you

The location is excellent. Especially with kids. It's right next to a play park and the laundry facilities. There's a wee shop 2 mins away, forest walks & the beach on your doorstep. Hopeman is a 5 minute drive where you'll find an amazing chippy and range of wee shops /cafes. Lossiemouth is also only around 10 mins away. It's a great base for exploring the Moray coast. The home is really well equipped and little details make it even more enjoyable. Such as the welcome hamper and the blankets for cosying up in.

− The towels provided were a bit small for me. I couldn't wrap them around me after a shower, and I'm a medium sized woman. I did find the pillows a little on the thin side, but that could be entirely personal preference. The bedside lights in the main bedroom were too low for our liking. The bulbs were at eye level when turning them on, and slightly obstructed use of the sockets. The TV was also stuck on subtitles, and no matter what we did, and after looking at user manuals online, we couldn't turn them off. These are all wee things that are easily changed though, and we'd like to stress that they didn't hamper our enjoyment of our stay.

Would definitely consider returning.

Lovely location right next to the beach and woods close by for walking. Caravan was spotless with everything needed provided for. The gift hamper and fresh flowers were a very welcome treat. Hopeman harbour, beaches and walks were a favourite with us and seeing the seals at Findhorn was a special treat.

− Everything in the property was great. Inconsiderate dog owners leaving dog mess in the woods made walking less enjoyable. Would also consider visiting later in the year as many attractions we had planned to visit were not open.
