1.0Schöner Garten, sauberer Pool
− 1. Falsche Angaben in Anzeigebeschreibung, nicht das gesamte Haus, sondern nur eine Wohnung in einem Haus mit mehreren Apartments wird angeboten. 2. Wenig Privatsphäre, die Besitzerin hat ihren Eingang unmittelbar neben der angemieteten Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und kommt auch unangekündigt vorbei. 3. Ihre beiden Hunde nutzen ebenfalls das gesamte Gelände inkl unangenehmer Hinterlassenschaften. 4. Das Apartment und das gesamte Gelände liegt an einer starkbefahrenen Straße mit durchweg lautem Verkehrslärm . 5. Wirklich inakzeptabel und Grund für die schlechte Bewertung waren jedoch die anhaltende Sanierungsarbeiten am Gebäude während unseres Aufenthalts. Von 8:45 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr wurde/ sollte an allen Tagen mit lautem Hämmern und Bohr Geräuschen an der Gebäudesubstanz eine Haushälfte kernsaniert werden. Unsere erstaunte Anfrage und Beschwerde wurde unprofessionell beantwortet und eine ungenügende Lösung angeboten (Kostenübernahme für Zugang am Tage zu privatem Beach Resort inkl Liegeplätzen am Meer für die Zeit der Bauarbeiten). Unsere anschließende Beschwerde inkl. Dokumentation der Bauarbeiten bei booking.com wurde hingegen sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und die verbleibenden Tage wurden unmittelbar zurückerstattet sowie eine neue Unterkunft empfohlen inkl der Übernahme sämtlicher Mehrkosten seitens Booking.com. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Serviceteam von booking.com an dieser Stelle! Verabschiedet wurden wir schließlich seitens der Eigentümerin und ihren Angehörigen mit Beschimpfungen, hysterischem Geschrei und Androhungen!

9.0the house is amazing very clean and large with an amazing garden and pool. far 5 min from the sea I loved it!! the host is very helpful for everything. we have spent an amazing time for sure we will be back in summer!!
