Posizione comoda per visitare la Toscana anche il mare. Piscina grande. Giardino recintato per il cane.

− Foto nel sito non rispecchiano la realtà. Problemi con i servizi igienici non risolti. Accesso carraio impegnativo.

Ein typischer „Haus“ in Toskana. Alt,klein, mit Eigenen Geruch aber sauber. Das kleine Swimmingpool war sehr gut und bringt abkühlend angenehme Atmosphäre in heißen Tagen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und nett. Ein Prosseco und Akazien Honig gabs als Geschen dazu.

− Leider war die Ausstattung nicht so gut… Kein Wasserkocher kein Bügelbrett Toilettenpapier… Das Haus ist sehr klein auf den Bildern sieht es alles sehr grosser aus..Mann muss sich erstmal gewöhnen.. Die Hauptstraße ist leider sehr laut.. und der Nachbar renoviert das Haus neben an.. also leise war es nicht 🙈🙈

La posizione vicino al nostro posto di lavoro ma l'avevamo scelta di proposito. Per il resto casa della zia !!!

− ASSOLUTAMENTE da fare attenzione alle spese accessorie. GAS , Luce pulizie incidono per moltissimo e non sono comprese nella prezzo indicato che e' basso per attirare ma poi ci sono le sorprese sul posto. Da evitare la modalita' di pagamento dopo la prenotazione ti chiama l'agenzia del luogo che ti fa pagare su un sito esterno che funziona male non capisco perche' non usano la piattaforma booking che, girando spesso usiamo proprio per la rapidita' delle prenotazioni. La struttura e' gestita da una signora grande molto molto attenta al denaro.
