Disappointing and misleading experience

− My experience at Kathleen Haven was disappointing. The property was advertised as having three bedrooms, but upon arrival, the third bedroom was locked and unavailable for use. I was then asked to pay extra to have another room opened, which was unexpected and did not match the original listing. Clear and accurate information about room availability should be provided before booking to avoid inconvenience and additional costs for guests. I hope this issue is addressed for future visitors.
