Our family spent 7 wonderful days in this beautiful house, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely perfect. First of all, I would like to thank the owner for her exceptional hospitality. She was always incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. Before and during our stay she recommended fantastic local shops, wineries, restaurants, and the traditional market, allowing us to experience the very best of Tuscany. Whenever we had a question or needed any information, she replied immediately and was genuinely happy to help. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen is fully functional, with every appliance, utensil, dish, and wine glass you might need. The bathrooms are spotless, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Every bedroom has large wardrobes, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The outdoor area is simply amazing. The swimming pool is beautiful, crystal clear, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tuscany. The garden is meticulously maintained, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. We especially appreciated the comfortable modern sun loungers and the outdoor dining areas on both sides of the house, making it easy to enjoy meals in either the sun or the shade at any time of day. The location is peaceful. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, and the evening views over the rolling Tuscan hills are simply unforgettable. Sitting outside with a glass of local wine while listening to the sound of the cicadas became our favourite daily ritual. It truly felt like a postcard come to life. The house also offers Wi-Fi, a large television, convenient private parking, and a secure entrance with a remote-controlled gate, making everything easy and stress-free.

Our group of 6 adults had a fabulous week at Villa Filippo. The property is even more beautiful in reality than in the photos, with spacious bedrooms, comfortable living areas and many varied outdoor terraces and balconies, as well as the lovely pool area. There is lots of space for parking, and we would advise having a car, though the nearest shops and bars are just a few kms away. Its elevated position offers a stunning panorama and also a welcome breeze in the hot summer months. It is equipped like a real home, with everyone that could possibly be needed. The house is very private and is ideal for relaxing. Wifi was fast and reliable. The owners are nearby but unobtrusive and could not have been kinder, more welcoming or more helpful. A delicious homemade cake awaited our arrival, and we are extremely grateful for Elisa's generous assistance throughout our stay as well as all her suggestions for dining/wine-tasting/what to do in the local area, which were always excellent. We recommend the property without hesitation and would love to return.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen und Probleme schnell gelöst. Der Kuchen zur Begrüßung hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das Haus sowie das Grundstück mit dem großem Pool waren sehr schön. Der Ausblick war traumhaft :)

− Leider kamen beim Lüften viele Spinnen/Mücken ins Haus, da wären ein paar Fliegengitter schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles supi.
