8.0The location was great not too far from the NEC, great communication with the owner.
− The track to the farm was very rutted and full of pot holes. There was also a smell of stale smoke in the accommodation.
Amazing , Cannot wait to go back.

10.0had a fantastic stay. The check-in information was clear, detailed, and made the whole arrival process completely stress-free. I particularly appreciated the video provided, which made it very easy to find the property and know exactly where I was going before I arrived. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout my stay, with a strong and reliable connection. There were also some lovely personal touches that made the accommodation feel extra welcoming, including having a TV in the bedroom, which was a great addition for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen facilities were superb, with everything I needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, the property was well-equipped, thoughtfully presented, and exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.
