10.0It's a great one in a great location.
− Nothing comes to mind. In the beginning, the "private street" with a gate was a bit unusual, but we got used to it soon and liked the privacy it provided.
Great terrace overlooking the sea
8.0The house is located very close to the entrance of the Riserva dello Zingaro, this is super convenient. Also really close to the beach. Well equipped, we could find everything we needed, even a laundry machine. The terrace overlooking the sea was amazing, the view was stunning. The garden is beautiful and very well taken care of. Mimma, the lady who welcomed us into the house, was very kind, available, and gave us great advice on where to eat around the house. The communication with Mimma and the owner went really smooth.
− There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but nothing too bad. The house looks relatively old from inside, but it is true to the pictures. Overall though we had a very good stay, we would recommend it if you value being very close to the beach!

− one bedroom was very cramped with no room for luggage. Also there were two locked gates to get to the beach with only one set of keys for 4 people. Just one bathroom. No wastebaskets in the house, we had to take everything outside
