− Hitze unterm Dach im Schlafbereich mit Kleinstfenster nicht zu belüften, Wandschimmel in der Küche, sparsame Ausstattung: nur ein Mülleimer, zu wenig Regale oder Ablageflächen im Wohnzimmer und Schafbereich, keine Häken im Bad, kein frischer Spüllappen oder Schwamm an der Spüle, Parkplatzsituation sehr schwierig für nicht Ortskundige

− Falta de ar condicionado, muito quente nas zonas dos quartos, tinha ventoinha mas não chega.

9.0La situation dans la ville, proche du centre et de deux petites places mais tranquille. Proches des arrêts d'autobus qui fonctionnent très bien. Cette petite maison a été superbement rénovée, très bien conçue, équipée et agréable à vivre !
