Disappointing

The cleanliness and quality.

− It’s falsely advertised. It still appears on my link as a 7 bedroom house to rent but it is not. We arrived as a large family group and were split over multiple levels and put into separate apartments when my booking clearly says we rented a 7 bedroom house. That was very disappointing, if it was clearly stated that we were renting apartments we would have chosen to do this in the centre of Munich without the 30 minute train journey each way. We booked this accommodation as it appeared to have communal space for us to gather as a group but it is small living spaces within the individual apartments and not spaces for everyone to meet as a group which was the reason we booked this specific “house”. We also had a medical emergency (not in the apartments) which unfortunately led to a member of our family requiring emergency surgery with weeks of recovery coming in the hospital. Due to this, we had multiple members of our group at the hospital until late and when we called the property and their emergency contact details, nobody answered to assist us. We had an incredibly stressful time and not being able to speak with anyone in the property made things worse as we would have been more than happy to pay an extra fee for the family members who had been in the hospital all night to stay a few hours longer in one of the apartments to freshen up and have time to pack to move to a hotel closer to the hospital. There’s also a cafe on the first floor (not advertised in the booking) and I went there to see if there was a member of the team to speak with to assist me as no one was answering the phone and that area was locked. Overall: falsely advertised and appalling communication.
