9.0We enjoyed the wonderful garden and lovely accommodation. It was a haven and honestly a pleasure to come back to after a hectic day at the Hay Festival.
− The nearby road was busy in the morning and as the main bedroom had just one opening window (blind needed on round window, please) the only option was to have it open. Perhaps a fan would help during the summer.
A lovely relaxing stay which felt quite homely and had everything you would want. If you have kids they had a share area
9.0Beautiful, spacious and areas to sit outside if you would like in your own areas (3 lodges are on site). Loved the extra touches, like a welcome hamper to include milk, butter, bread, Welsh cakes, fudge, wine and enough supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, handwashing, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. felt really luxurious. Beautiful rural area.
− Nothing really not to like. Only would say that not a lot around the area (wasn’t a problem). Would say for anyone with mobility issues, this would not be a good lodge for you.

10.0The location was fabulous - superb views and good options for walking from the property. The hosts were generous and thoughtful, and responded quickly to any requests. The wood burning stove was a superb feature of the property and logs were freely available during the stay. The furniture was very stylish and comfortable and the hosts had thought of everything.
