Nossa estadia foi excelente! A casa é muito bem cuidada, limpa e exatamente como nas fotos. O ambiente é confortável, organizado e perfeito para relaxar. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo desde o início, sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse necessário, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. A localização também é ótima, facilitando bastante o acesso e tornando tudo mais prático.

-Village novo é bem confortável -Quartos bons e espaçoso -Equipamentos em boa condição, exceto a TV que parou de funcionar

− -No checkin o Village não me foi apresentado -Dificuldade para realizar o check-in. Tivemos que ligar para a proprietária para sermos atendidos pelo funcionário dela -só é disponibilizado um controle para o portão. Como estávamos em 3 carros, ficava complicado sair e voltar -não é disponibilizada chave para o portão de pedestre -Tv antiga(não é smart). Inclusive parou de funcionar durante minha estadia

Cobrança alta fora do valor anunciado.

A localização é muito boa.

− Fomos cobrados de um altíssimo valor, inicialmente a título de energia elétrica, fora do valor anunciado. Quando questionei o importe, pois se fosse uma locação mensal o valor seria de mais de R$1.600,00, fui informada que era cobrança pela luz, água e gás. Não existe nenhum informe sobre essa cobrança no anúncio. Um absurdo! Fora isso, a televisão não funcionava e o microondas quebrou.
