Disappointing experience — the property manager took advantage of the deposit by making false damage
1.0− Steve, the property manager, was extremely unprofessional throughout our experience. He should not be allowed to manage this property. He demanded a deposit upfront and later made false claims of property damage in order to withhold the refund. It appears this may be a deliberate tactic used against guests. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as dealing with this manager could result in losing your deposit under false accusations.
Great property, perfect for large family group - would recommend
9.0Very large property and great facilities overall. Kitchen well-equipped. Lovely conservatory. 4 toilets was a bonus!
− Didn't like the plastic covers on the chairs in the conservatory, no hot tub.

8.0Communications with the hosts was very good; they replied quickly to our queries. The house was lovely, we had a lot of space, rooms were clean and the dining room was spaceous.
− The kitchen could have been stocked a little better. For example, there was only one chopping board, no kitchen towels and the pots and pan were rather scratched teflon. It was difficult to cook for 10 people. I also didn't like that we had to remind the hosts to refund the security deposit. On reminder they were efficient, though.
