1.0Die Lage ist schön
− Bitte nicht anmieten!!!! Schlechte bzw keine Kommunikation des Vermieters. Telefonnummer nicht vergeben nicht erreichbar. Reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten. Im Haus ist überall ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch. Das Schlafzimmer der Kinder ist großflächig mit schwarzen Schimmel Flächen bedeckt die teilweise notdürftig versucht wurden wegzuwischen. Auch in der Küche schwarzer Schimmer großflächig. Das Kleinkindbett wurde lieblos mit einer dreckigen Matraze ohne Bettbezug oder Decke in den Raum gestellt. Aus meiner Sicht ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus gesundheitsgefährdent und darf in dem Zustand nicht mehr vermietet werden. Ich empfehle hier auf gar keinen Fall zu übernachten. Wir sind direkt wieder abgereist.

− There was a very bad smell in the apartment that we could not get rid of despite prolonged airing and using air fresheners.
