Udsigten fra 1 sal var fin. Beliggenheden nær vandet.

− I køkken alrum knirkede gulvet rigtig meget. Vi var bekymret om vi blev overvåget. Der sad en bevægelsesføler med kamera, både nede og oppe på 1 sal. Den registrede når vi bevægede os og til tider lyste rødt. Lidt ubehageligt, hvilke også andre sandsynligvis havde været utryg ved. Der stod i håndbogen om regler for huset, at man ikke måtte dække den til. Vi følte os generet af ejerne kom hver dag. På trods af vi til sidst sagde om de ikke kunne svare på sms m.m. Der stod der var vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Det var der ikke. Vi skulle komme hen til deres private hus og vaske. Misvisende beskrivelse. Vi valgte ikke selv at gøre rent. Det var alt for omfattende. Ligeledes affaldssorteringen. Hvis møblerne skulle flyttes skulle de have besked først. Dette omfattede også havemøblerne. Alt for mange restraktioner og forstyrrelser.
