The location of the property and the property itself! Situated a few minutes away from Mondello beach, small drives away from super markets, and with easy access to all locations like the airport and towns around Palermo, Elite Residence Mondello has the best of all. A first floor property, the ample balcony and the two spacious rooms were comfortable and adequate for our family. The host was responsive and we did not have any problems during our stay. We will definitely be coming back to the area and when we do, this property will be our first choice!

− Nothing that we disliked. One thing to keep in mind would be the parking. If you are renting a car, be mindful that the property is near the dead end on Via Saffo and the parking spaces in front of the property are far too cramped to be usable. We parked our car on Via Pindaro, in front of house 18A. It is free parking area and our car remained safe during our stay at Elite Residence Mondello.

A casa era enrome, confortável, super bem decorada, bem equipada e muito proxima da praia. O anfitrião respondia super rápido e era muito cordial. A casa era realmente espaçosa e o fato de ter dois banheiros foi um ponto extremamente positivo, pois viajamos em 2 casais com crianças. Além de tudo a casa tem uma vista para o mar e para a pedra de Mondello. Esta acomodação merece todos os elogios

− Nada muito sério, mas se tiver que citar algo seria que tinha apenas 2 rolos de papel higienico quando chegamos e só descobrimos em um fim de dia, quando acabaram, então tivemos que sair pra comprar depois de um dia cansativo de passeio.

Great location and very helpful and friendly assistance from the team.

− There are quite a lot of stray cats in the area and they tend to sleep on the couches on the terrace at night, leaving a dirty and smelly trail. Maybe good to add covers to the patio furniture.

Cura dei dettagli, vista mare, posizione e pulizia. Ho trascorso un breve soggiorno in questa splendida casa vacanza a Mondello. La casa è spaziosa, luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il mare. Ogni ambiente è curato con attenzione, con arredi accoglienti e funzionali. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente la terrazza con vista mare: svegliarsi la mattina con quel panorama è stato davvero speciale. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e comoda a tutti i servizi (ristoranti, bar, negozi). La pulizia era impeccabile e ho apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza, disponibilità e premura dei gestori. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e accogliente. Spero di poter tornare presto!
