O locatario é uma pessoal gentil, mas deixamos claro para ele desde o início que a casa dele precisa de muita manutenção e não corresponde ao valor da diaria cobrada a: a mesa da cozinha não comporta oito pessoas e não tem conforto (não é cadeira é banquinho), a água é de bica e nao constava no anúncio e possui um cheiro muito ruim igual cheiro de esgoto, a piscina tem agua turva e nao cristalina, o registro do segundo banheiro não funciona e não consegue usar; a caixa de agua do banheiro estourou e tivemos que fechar o registro geral; o sofa da sala estão muito gastos e fundo e por fim quando chove entra afua na sala.

Sr. Sencler muito atencioso e disponível qdo tive dúvidas. Mesmo já estando fora de temporada, me senti segura na casa. Colchões bem firmes e cozinha equipada. Estrutura com cadeiras de praia e guarda sol, mesa de sinuca e redes. Choveu muuuito quando cheguei, mas me senti muito segura na estrutura e o terreno elevado secou rápido no dia seguinte. Espaço bem cercado para os pets.

− A casa era bem simples mas aconchegante, bem de praia mesmo. Piscina estava verde, mas foi prontamente resolvida. O cheiro da água ruim as vezes...mas já tinham me avisado que seria pelo poço. Algumas manutenções a serem feitas como trancas e trilhos das portas.

O anfitrião, Sr. Sencler foi bem atencioso. O lugar tranquilo e uma ótima localização, fácil de chegar. Casa bem equipada, limpa e a piscina maravilhosa. Iremos retornar lá com certeza.
