8.0Beautiful big house, clean and lots of extra touches that made the stay more comfortable
− Lots of steps, this needs to be advised on the website a little more for people who may not be able to go up and down so much. Stairs down from the bedrooms to the bathrooms which isn’t easy at night time. Central heating difficult to work and house very cold on arrival. There is a parking space for 1 car but this is a little walk away and needs to be paid for I’m advance, don’t forget to pay in advance. House also not easy to get to by road so when unpacking and packing car up, was a little tricky. A few other little issues, some decorating required and a few things need fixing, eg toilet seat, hot tap and chair all broken.

− Parking very limited and expensive. Damp smell in kitchen area, but scented plugs help to mask it.

1.0− All the extras - £250 deposit, cctv in living room. Rooms not accessible if under occupancy. None of which mentioned on Booking.com. A scam!!!! Stayed somewhere else that didn't encroach on our privacy
