1.0The location was very good Close to the beach and in the town. TV/WiFi were good. Liked the washing machine and dryer.
− Our bed was broken and no effort to repair it didn't bother to come and inspect it. No curtains only blinds sun shone in the windows early. Lots of road noise. No lock on the bathroom door. Carpets need to be cleaned generally grubby, needs to be painted. Received a message from the owner before we arrived saying the previous guests played loud music and if we didn't behave ourselves we would be asked to leave. We fealt this was very unwelcoming. No hospitality. No effort to resolve a genuine problem of a broken bed but quick to tell us they would ask us to leave if we didn't behave. Bad hospitality.

10.0Das Cottage war wunderschön und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt – tatsächlich nur 2 Minuten zum Strand. Alles war sauber, stilvoll und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt

3.0The location
− Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this accommodation. On arrival there was a noticeable damp/fusty smell throughout the property and the overall appearance felt grubby and poorly maintained. One of the beds felt damp, there were spiders present indoors, the kettle contained blue mould residue, and the teapot was visibly rusty. The small outdoor area was also filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before guests arrived.
