10.0Nice quiet estate . Garden for the dog was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, we mostly had food out as only there for 2 days

2.0Location is good but would never stay there again.
− There was a shocking smell of smoke throughout the property. The couch in the sitting room is unfit for purpose. Shower needs to be electric or a power shower. Power non existent. The adjoining house has a couch and car tyres dumped outside and looks very unsightly. The neighbour adjoining the house also kept us up both nights banging and shouting and screaming and to be honest we felt totally unsafe in the property and my husband wanted to leave after first night.
Really enjoyed our stay , great communication from Chris our host

10.0Everything was there. Nice and quiet. My dog enjoyed the garden which was inclosed.
Lovely stay with 2 King Charles Cavalier dogs. Big closed in garden to rear.
