Overall, fantastic accomodation for our needs. An amazing couple of days, lots of memories made.

Good location - house in need of refurbishment
7.0Location great (we were on a train driving experience day at Loughborough Central Railway in the Saturday ) which guided our choice. Beds comfortable & clean & towels general areas tidy even if rather tatty.
− Tired and somewhat dilapidated property - windows old & single glazed so road noise bad. Kitchen units tatty and broken in places - impossible to see the settings on the old cooker dials. Garden overgrown and very unkempt at the back - garden structures looked ready to fall down. Garden chairs rusty and unwelcoming. Departure time very early at 10am - plus the numerous rules about penalties for leaving rubbish / draining crockery / etc etc made us feel unwelcome - particularly after the owner tried to levy an extra fee before we arrived.

− It was quite tired in several places and little touches had been missed, just needs a bit of TLC and it’ll be exceptional.
