The grounds were totally beautiful, the staff, Marzia and Daniele, were such nice hosts. I told them that there was no icecubetray and just one dish towel, he did not hesitate and he brought it to us quickly.

− In general, Tuscany is THE living space for mosquitoes. Due to the fact that they like me a lot and my blood, I got a lot of stings. But that’s worth the fact staying at Tinaia!!

Good location, but quality of accommodation and complaint handling very poor

It is difficult to find and because we couldn’t use Google to find the driveway, we went the wrong way. We were told off about this and how we had parked by the host as soon as we got there which was a lovely welcome.

− The oven didn’t work, there is no sofa bed, the fridge tray was hanging off, there was white mould on the walls in both rooms, the plug stuck shut in the bathroom and there were lots of fixtures hanging off. We complained and had to vacate one day for some things to be fixed towards the end of the stay but the owner wasn’t interested in compensating us for the misrepresentation and inconvenience. Booking.com were useless as well. Customer service eventually gave us 10 Euro off the cost of future accommodation after I spent hours sending photos and trying to resolve the complaint. I won’t be booking with them again. It definitely wasn’t booking.yeah for me

Super lokalizacja. Spokój i relaks. Mily i uczynny host. Dobra baza wypadowa. Super widoki i duzy basen.

− Slabe oświetlenie. Przydałby się przeglad sprzetow kuchennych. Prysznic byl zapchany i nie bylo czajnika, ale host szybko zareagował. Poziom czystości średni.
