The location was good, but the rest of the experience was a bit disappointing.
6.0The location is amazing, the house is good size for a family of 4.
− While the location is unique, the overall experience was unpleasant. The house is in poor condition, with many things in disrepair. We only had three indoor chairs, and one was broken. The kitchenette is old, and the kitchen lacks basic necessities, from salt and oil to a corkscrew. Given the cost, the quality of the house and its amenities were well below expectations
Krásný dům na výhodném místě. Rád se vrátím.
9.0Nádherné místo v přírodě a ve stínu borovic a oliv. Klid - daleko od nejbližší silnice. Krásný výhled na moře - každý den západ slunce přímo z terasy domu. Stylově zařízený velký dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a dva mazlíčky. Mazlíčci vítáni. Vybavení kuchyně. Fungující klimatizace - dům ve stínu stromů, takže v noci nebyla ani potřeba. Na nejkrásnější pláž Egremni jde dojít pěšky - nemusí se jezdit autem! Je to asi 400m borovým hájem na poslední parkoviště, odkud už musí jít pěšky na pláž všichni (na cestu zpět musíte být sportovec). Byli jsme moc spokojeni.
− Příjezdová cesta, by mohla být lepší, ale auto to zvládne. Okolí by si zasloužilo více údržby. Na pláž Egremni je to 400 m borovým hájem a pak 1000m po silnici a 350 schodů na pláž - člověk bez fyzičky to nezvládne.

− BEWARE!!! The road to the accomodation is not paved and is approx 1 km long full of SHARP ROCKS and you can easily get FLAT TIRE. It's not cheap to get your tires fixed, nearest car shop is in Lefkada city on the opposite side of island, delivery of tires takes up to 3 days - so you can easily get stuck in there and there is absolutely nothing to do. Forest road to Egremni beach is full of human sh*t so you better take another accomodation in Athani village. The furniture otuside of the accomodation is not maintain and is broken and unusuable. There's a lot of insects around, so if you mind bugs, bees, wasps you won't be able to sit outside (this could be improved with few things but seems the owner doesn't care at all). Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

− The house and garden could use a little more care. These are only small things, but they spoil the overall impression.
