Setting the house was in, cleanliness, the owner saying hi. Parking and overall the bedrooms.

− Would benefit from more double beds, at this price point would have expected showers to have up market toiletries. Also would feel that ample washing machine capsules and dishwashers tabs to be available. 4 dishwashers tabs and had to buy washing machine detergent,

Idyllic and relaxing - even with 5 kids in tow!

The whole house was spotless, it was spacious and mindfully designed. The beds are so comfortable, there is everything you'd need. Lots of fabulous outdoor space and the boot room was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with 5 kids in the snow.

− The only thing we'd say is the main living space is a little chilly, even with the fire on. It's a huge space so it's understandable, but bring some extra jumpers and cosy socks for evening relaxing! As well as that, we had an unfortunate circumstance that someone (perhaps the previous guests?) had left a fish carcass and food scraps on the patio area.

Excellent location and good space for friends and family

Once we arrived we impressed with the outside of the property and once we entered the property that feeling was continue

− No sign for the property, the SAT-Nav takes you all over the place.

Great venue for a friends get together. Loads of social space and the hot tub was fab.

All info provided up front was easy to understand and was helpful.

− Check out instructions could have been clearer re: bins and recycling but apart from that, it was a great stay. The property is really well equipped and was perfect for a group of friends catching up.

Location was the best part of this property, and the landscaped area surrounding the house was lovely. Spacious, clean accommodation with superbly equipped modern kitchen. Beautiful, modern shower and bathrooms.

− The experience would have been enhanced by a few more amenities, like hooks in bathroom and bedrooms for hanging clothes, a few less older and less worn sofa seats, a fan to combat the heatwave, etc. We would have especially benefitted from having a cot or two... we had 3 babies, and no cots were provide despite our request to the agents. The owners were onsite for part of our stay, and it would have been useful to know that this would be the case. This was not a problem, but did of course affect our privacy.
