Dirty, minimum comforts, outdated. So many small things could be done to improve the look and feel. Disappointed for the

− It was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned or dusted in a long time. Floors were so dirty there were crumbs and crap pushed up against the floor at the dishwasher. Sheets were dirty and itchy and beds not made up, pillows on the floor at the end of the bed and rooms were a mess. Old towels and messy linen cupboard. Bathrooms were so dirty the sink still had makeup powder in it which I wiped out and fluff and hair through out the bathrooms. No bath mats for the floor. Hard beds and stains on the white sheets. It really looked as if it wasn’t cleaned before we came. Suggestions for a better stay!! New towels and bath mats, proper hand soap (not watered down to go further) better quality linen, cushions and throw on the couch and a new tv that is not damaged with black marks on the screen.
