1.0The location
− It wasn’t very clean. There was a birds nest in the garden furniture. The bedroom and bathroom doors didn’t close. No curtains or blackout blinds. Poor kitchen facilities. Old and tired property. Also we felt very angry that we weren’t warned about the incredibly loud roadworks right outside the property that started drilling at 8am every morning.

− Patio and furniture covered in bird droppings making the area impossible to use. So for the summer is totally unacceptable there was no way we could sit out in the back garden which was one of things that attracted us in the first place and sold this property to us. Downstairs poorly decorated and scruffy. Could be a great place to stay but I think not enough effort is being put in and you are just getting lazy. So we will definately not be returning.

Perfect location for our golf trip. Easy walk for eating out on evenings.
8.0Excellent location. Easy walk to local restaurants and pub. Very well equipped kitchen.
− We weren’t advised about building works outside house so lost the views we were expecting. New towels had not been washed so black fluff coming off when getting dried!! Only 1 hand towel which we put in downstairs toilet but none for kitchen or bathrooms.
