7.0Bien situé, à proximité de Bouillon. Maison accueillante pour 4 couples.
− Les 2 petits réfrigérateurs sont très nettement insuffisants pour 8 personnes pour 3 jours, en particulier en été. Lorsque j'ai récupéré la clé dans la boîte à clé, elle était légèrement tordue. Elle n'a pas résistée à un usage normal et son remplacement m'a été facturé. Comme il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux, ni en entrant ni en sortant, il est difficile de faire valoir son bon droit. Imputer 10 € m'est apparu mesquin.
Maison spacieuse idéale pour un séjour en nature mais à proximité de Bouillon à pieds
8.0Maison très spacieuse, fonctionnelle, grandes chambres, bien équipée. Bel extérieur en pleine nature. Chemin en forêt depuis la maison pour se rendre directement dans Bouillon.
− Pas de volet, ni de rideaux occultants. Manque quelques fournitures comme des bols. Certains équipements mériteraient un.petit rafraîchissement.

9.0Logement spacieux et très bien aménagé. L'aménagement permet à chacun d'avoir son rythme. Un extérieur qui permet de profiter du calme et de la nature.

9.0Het uitzicht op het bos en via het bos de stad kunnen bereiken was heel leuk. Ook het terras aan de woonkamer en ruimer terras in de tuin gaven ons een geweldig vakantiegevoel. Er waren ook grote parasols voor beide terrassen ter beschikking. Het huis is koel en zeer aangenaam bij temperaturen van 30°. Er is voor koudere dagen overal centrale verwarming en een houtkachel in de woonkamer. De 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 3 aparte toiletten (op elke verdieping 1) waren ideaal voor ons gezelschap. De straat was enkel toegankelijk voor bewoners, dus heel rustig. In de keuken was alles aanwezig, een koelkast maar ook diepvries, microgolf, oven, kookplaten, gewone koffiezet, senseo,... Op -2 was nog een extra koelkastje aanwezig. Heel handig!
− Boodschappen doen te voet valt minder goed mee door de steile straten, qua afstand nochtans niet ver.
