Die Vermieterin hatte Einsicht und zeigte sich verständnisvoll.

− Das Grundstück als auch die Ausstattung des Hauses entsprach in keinster Weise den Ausführungen und Beschreibungen auf der Booking.com Seite. Die Spielgefährten für die Kinder waren nicht vorhanden oder defekt. Das Haus roch moderig, der Insektenschutz hielt an den morschen Holzfensterrahmen nicht mehr. Die Polster waren schmutzig. Insgesamt sehr wenig instand gehalten und gepflegt. In der Vergangenheit war die Anlage sicherlich mal traumhaft. Wir haben dann kurzfristig vor Ort eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und auch gefunden. Auf keinen Fall wären wir dort geblieben.
