We had a wonderful stay at this house! We were two families, seven people in total, and the house was more than spacious enough for all of us. Everything looked even better than in the photos—the house itself as well as the beautiful garden. The beds were very comfortable, with a mix of firmer and softer mattresses, so everyone found one they liked. There was plenty of fresh, clean bed linen and lots of pillows in different sizes and heights. The entire house was spotless, smelled fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping every room cool even on the hottest days. The refrigerator was huge, making it ideal for two families, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and very well maintained. The terraces were absolutely amazing. We especially loved spending our evenings on the huge terrace on the second floor, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Filiatra is an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of the Peloponnese, and we would highly recommend this house to anyone planning to visit the area. The communication with the host was perfect from start to finish. He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and greeted us with fresh fruit, wine, and bottled water upon our arrival, which was a lovely touch. Overall, this house exceeded all of our expectations. It was excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again. A perfect 10 out of 10!

It is an excellenent accomodation located in a quiet location downtown Filiatra. The house has really everything someone might need during his stay. It is really a perfect choice for anyone who visits Filiatra and generally Messinia. The host also is very polite and always there to help.

Kuća je super, imali smo sve što je potrebno. Domaćin je divan, uvek na raspolaganju. Lokacija dobra, moze dosta da se obiđe. Veliki pozdrav od nas 🤗

Μου άρεσε το φιλικό προσωπικό, το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο και ευρυχωρο με πολλά κρεβάτια και χώρους...είχε επίσης πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο και οι φωτογραφίες δείχνουν την αλήθεια...επίσης είναι κοντά στην πλατεία όπου υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, ταβέρνες, καφέ, φούρνος, φαρμακείο.

− Δεν μου άρεσε το σκληρό στρωμα στο μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι...πραγματικά ήταν κουραστικό...όμως υπήρχαν ακόμα δύο διπλά κρεβάτια όπου ίσως να ήταν καλύτερα...δεν τα δοκίμασα. Επίσης ο καναπές στο σαλόνι είναι παλιός και δείχνει λίγο βρώμικος ενώ οι προηγούμενοι πρέπει να κάπνιζαν μέσα στο σαλόνι με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει έντονη μυρωδιά. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μια τηλεόραση και στο πάνω μέρος του σπιτιού στο μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι.
