1.0There is absolutely nothing good about the place. No receptionist. Nobody to take us through. The owner was downright rude to us. We even checked out on Saturday.
− We were not happy with the place. Pictures of Church bishop.in a public lodge. We booked for 7 people and only 5 were accomodated. We lodged a complain with booking .com even today no respinse . We paid R6800. . We need to be reimbursed. The man called Abdulla did not help.at all. Im taking the matter to the higher structure. No airconditions it was hot we couldnt sleep. I wonder as to.whether you do check on these so.called lodges. When we complain we are told that because it is a black owned lodge we are against it. To us as pensioners we were belittled and it was an affront. Im still waiting for feedback.from you . 0828178883.

10.0The property is big enough for a big family we were 7 but it felt like being home . The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was water problems around the area but the owner have a back up of borehole water and always checking on us . We did not lack or feel the community repairs

Our holiday at Serenity!
7.0The house is spacious, with a nice garden. Toiletry and kitchen facilities provided, including spices, cooking oil and salt.
− The following must be taken care as they spoil the beauty of the house: the leaking toilet, the lights need attention as some are not working, the excercise of inventory list check in and check out is tiring as you have to count all kitchen utensils and email the list twice. The hot tub outside must be under a shade as it's difficult to use when the sun it's hot.
