A unique experience in a 300+ year old mill less than a hundred feet from ocean. Due to its antiquity the property retains distinctive characteristics. Versus modern conveniences

− The stairway to upper bedrooms is difficult to use especially with bathroom on ground floor. Lodging is better suited for younger people than those in mid 70’s

Terrible,a horrible experience .We’ve been to Greece 20 times , This is the first experience of this kind.

The only interesting thing is the propriety’ s location .Otherwise ,it is a great disappointment. We (. 4 persons ) left a day earlier

− 1 The location was extremely neglected and dirty .The toilets had a strong smell of urine. Although we requested cleaning,only the next day did a lady come ,and stay for 15 minutes trying to clean the toilet.She didn’t succeed. The smell was awful.We bought bleach and vinegar and cleaned it ourselves daily to get able to use the bathroom. 2 There is a complete lack of comfort. On the website,the location is presented as having 4 bedrooms. One is in the basement,where it smells like mod .Another is improvised with some screens directly in the living room.To reach the bathroom at night from the top floor,you have to go down to the ground floor on narrow and slippery stairs . 3-The kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher. A worn- out and dirty coffee maker is presented as a coffee machine.when we needed a hairdryer,we had to specifically ask Mrs Anna ,one for her house. 4 The owners lack of kindness is exttreme . Moreover,one day they reported to Booking that we had broken the property rules,specifically that a friend had placed her beach bag on an empty sunbed . They requested 14 euros,wich we paid in cash upon departure. 5 We preferred to leave a day earlier to avoid completley ruining our vacation. 6 Upon departure ,Mrs Anna told us ‘ I m sorry we had you as guests. Thank you,Mrs Anna !

It is very interesting and unique experience as this is an actual windmill. The lication is great, just in front if the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful.

− It is not very comfortoble for a big group of people as the rooms have no doors and privacy at all. It is like one huge open space. I understand that it is an authentique building but it desperately needs renovation in in some areas like the bathrooms. The downstairs room have no windows.

Old mill tastefully renovated, a fantastic house just on the beach.

− As it is not mentioned in the description of the house, it is important to mention that Anna lives in the annex of the house. So she's there for whatever you or she needs.

The proximity to the beach and unique structure made it fun for all. Beach activities and nice restaurants in the area. We recommend !!! Enjoy and say hi to Anna 🌈 who greeted us with a welcome drink and took good care of us.

− Would recommend having coffee and tea in the kitchen for guests upon arrival and shampoo and conditioner, a slight touch which would enhance the experience.
