There was no internet for all of the stay, it never got resolved. Book at your own peril.

Lovely large house in central Kaikoura
9.0Large house in a good location. Home away from home. Indoor and outdoor spaces.
− Not a big deal but there are no net curtains and the windows are large and the house is overlooked by neighbours. We kept a couple of drapes closed.

7.0Quite large holidays home with 3 separated bedrooms and a large kitchen. Pleasant closed yard. Good privacy.
− The house looked to be under renovation. The kitchen was great, but almost all basic stuff was missing: pans, coffee plunger, large bowls, and basic cooking stuff... all was missing. The bathroom was functional, but the toilets, separated, were accessible only when the bathroom was not used. For a 6 members family, it was not convenient... basically had to ask if anyone needs the loo before taking a shower..... lack of furniture's like a coffee table in the living room. 3rd bedroom separated in an annex building, needs to walk the yard to access. Adding a toilet in the annex would be very a plus.
