10.0The place was amazing . It is extremely clean and comfortable. The rooms are amazing the kitchen with the living it s so big and perfect for groups of people . The garden is amazing with hammock s and a swing also there are a lot of tables with sofas and chairs in the garden which are very comfortable and perfectly arranged.The place it s in the middle of everything, if you want to party in laganas it’s 10 minutes by taxi or if you want to go to zakintos town it s the same distance. It was the most amazing place that me and my friends stayed at we were thrilled about it . Also the owner , Alex it s amazing , he helped us with everything we asked him . He made my birthday magical at a restaurant where he works and it was amazing. I highly recommend this property if you are going to zakintos. You will not regret it , trust me.

10.0We loved the garden, with many places to sit and play. The outside shower was a great bonus! The house is very cosy and comfortable. The owner is a really helpfull and social man! Would book this again

June 2025 stay, exceeded expectations
10.0Alexander was incredibly knowledgeable about the island and was very welcoming. We booked this villa for 7 people and found the location ideal as it was not too far from the main street of kalamaki and the beach. You could definitely tell it was homemade by the little touches to the property. We would 100 percent stay here again!
− Not much to say here, the washing line was limited in length but I brought my own, the WiFi could also be slow at times but that's to be expected when 7 people are using it. Only having 1 key proved problematic when some of us went out at different times
We would like to come back there one more time. It was a lovely experience!
10.0The house is amazing and very clean just like in the photos. The host was very kind and generous, he showed us all the places near the house and the activities we could enjoy. He checked on us every day to make sure everything was fine and that we were having a great time.
A very cosy relaxing and enjoyable retreat in stunning surroundings
10.0Alexander met us at the property to hand over the keys. He also showed us around and offered us all a drink. He took some time to show us a map of Zakynthos and some of the best sites to see. Since the water isn't drinkable, he made sure we had essentials for when we arrived. Alexander was available all the time in case anything went wrong. I would definitely recommend this place for its cozy feel and amazing garden. The house is also nice and secluded, providing great privacy. I will definitely be returning!
Perfect stay
10.0This was the perfect place for visiting the island. It is close to Kalamaki beach (5 min by car) and to the two cities of Laganas and Zakynthos. The property is stunning - the villa is very clean and has everything you may need. The garden is the best part! And Alex is the best host, he showed us all the places to visit, suggested many restaurants, and helped us to find a rental car.
