The house was extremely comfortable and clean with a calming ambience. Walking distance to Omichi Market, Kanazawa Castle and the Samurai district. Luggage was both delivered to and picked up from the house. Perfect size for a family of 5. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and toiletries bag was nice. Support staff was very friendly, responsive and supportive.

− The clothes dryer was not really working properly. The staff came by to fix the issue but problem still persisted. They offered to come by again but we declined their kind offer and instead used the clothing rack.

Just perfect.

house was perfect! MJ came right away and explained everything, was very efficient and kind. Japanese addresses can be tricky but taxi driver stayed with us and then we recognized the purple entry as seen on the picture - very helpful. Bathrooms very well outfitted.

− Washing machine great. Despite the notice that dryer would take a long time, the clothes were still damp. Thanks for providing drying rack and detergent. Appreciated having laundry on site.

Location was 15-minute walk from Railway Station, nearer Kanazawa's wonderful market, somewhat away from central downtown Kanazawa, quieter residential area. It's a complete compact home, quite beautiful and well-appointed, excellent condition, very clean. Check-in includes being met by host staff team who are pleasant and competent and fluent in english. Very good value.
