Great location. Beautiful decor and clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. Nice seating area outside. Parking good.

− Master bedroom, is not the most comfortable I think could benefit from new mattress. No recycling facilities - quite poor. Stairs are very steep. Would not recommend for elderly or children but ok for us.

We liked the fact their was a parking space. We liked that the house was warm, beds comfortable and clean, plenty of towels and also nice to have washing up liquid and an arrival pack with bread included when we got there.

− There was no light outside the property so you couldn't see anything when arriving at and leaving the house. Steps are involved too so it really needs a light. The house was tiny. Too small for 2 adults and 2 children in Winter - with muddy boots, coats, overtrousers and nowhere to store them. Kitchen table far too small to get 4 round it. The stairs were steep and narrow and I was worried about the children falling down them during the night (when going to the toilet) as the material gate was on the bedroom door rather than the stairs which I think it would make more sense to have it on the stairs! We could hear absolutely everything from the next door visitors - full conversations which wasn't ideal if one of the houses are having a party and you have young kids. it's a real shame as it's a lovely location and the Deli is nice

Lovely property in a delightful village

Delightful cottage in a lovely village, very cosy with open fire (could have done with a fireguard though). Thornham deli/cafe across the road, coastal path a short walk away leading to an outstanding, quiet beach and Gurneys' excellent fishmongers at Drove Orchard, just up the road. I have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

− Coffee machine not efficient and duvet could have done with a good shake to remove lumps but in no way detracted from an excellent stay.

Location and decor was great. There are a couple good pubs nearby for an evening meal. The Deli breakfast was great.
