8.0Rustgevend,erg ruim, met veel zorg ingericht, degelijk bed. Mooi uitzicht.
− Heel erg warm in deze hete zomer- er is geen airco. De keuken ziet er ruim en mooi uit maar is amper geschikt om te koken: nauwelijks kookgerei en zeer kleine koelkast. Ergens wel begrijpelijk omdat de eigenaars hun eten aanbieden, ontbijt en diner. Maar omdat ik anders eet, was dat voor mij een minpunt.
Piccolo borgo antico e vista stupenda
10.0La casa è carinissima, su due livelli, spaziosa e curata. Il letto matrimoniale è confortevole e ci sono due bagni con una vista stupenda e doccia comoda. Laterina è un bel paese antico, sulla cima di un piccolo rilievo, in una posizione perfetta per visitare il Casentino e le piccole città d’arte di cui è ricca la zona. Ci sono diverse possibilità di parcheggio vicino a casa e c’è in paese un piccolo negozio di alimentari molto utile. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori, tuttavia noi abbiamo alloggiato durante un’ondata di grande caldo e siamo sopravvissuti abbastanza bene.
− Era tutto ottimo. Dovendo dire qualcosa che potrebbe essere migliorato consiglierei di integrare la dotazione della cucina.

− Zum wirklich kochen gibt's etwas wenig Geschirr - alles funktioniert gut Gasherd, Backofen etc ein Wasserkocher wäre zweckmäßig -

10.0Beautiful apartment. Amazing views. Exceptionally friendly owner. Had a meal cooked by his wife - delicious 😋. Super value for money. Off the tourist track so a really authentic Italian village.
