Location and pet friendly.

− No longer has a dryer. Bed mattress terrible in main room. Ant infestation in laundry, thank goodness for the insect spray. Needed more towels.

Lovely home well fitted with everything you could want in holiday Great well kept pool Renovated bathrooms with I’ve got to say the best shower I think I’ve ever had! So nice to be able stay with my 2 dogs

Comfortable as usual but just a few things need doing then it will be wonderful as usual.

Convenience to everything. It is pet friendly. The pool.

− Duck droppings around pool and in water the first couple of days but then the maintenance came and fixed problem. The lawns needed mowing and gardens need weeding. Inside the house smells very musty. We have stayed here several times and this hasn’t happened before. Also furniture felt sticky and not clean.

The home was nicely set up with Asian inspired decor, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, all appliances needed available, outdoor area undercover, nice pool

− The cleaners do not clean this home to a normal standard, we have read a few comments from previous holidayers referring to the lack of cleanliness, the kitchen bins had not been emptied when we arrived, the stove had grease all over it, the kitchen sink was evidently never scrubbed, the outdoor table was filthy, lounge furniture were very dusty, outdoor areas needed to be broomed or hosed, I spent the first morning we arrived scouring all the areas mentioned herewith and sent Forster Accommodation pictures. Upon our departure we forgot to take out a big container with food from ghe fridge we prepared for our drive back to Brisbane as well as a metal water bottle. I liaised with a,member of Forster Accommodation called Brooke who was very helpful in offering to investigate and "post the items back to us by charging our credit card" to which I agreed. I never heard back so I sent several messages requesting feedback of the status. I did mention my disappointment in the lack of information whilst advising I had not yet completed the requested review and hoping the cleaners were honest about their findings of our items. I still never received any information so I called Forster Accommodation only to be be responded with abuse from a young staff member who told me "they received my THREATENING EMAIL" I was shocked and reiterated that was not my intent, when she loudly repeated "YES! you were threatening us". She told me the cleaners found the items and locked them in the owner's cupboards because they presumed they belonged to them - how? Were they staying there at the same time we were there? It does not make any sense!! She then abruptly told me, they will wait to hear back from the owners and let me know. 4 weeks later STILL NO NEWS.
