Scruffy and way way overpriced
4.0Being located in the village of Otterton with its excellent community shop and the facilities of Otterton Mill.
− The overall condition of the cottage and garden were poor.Whilst it was well equipped kitchen wise the ret left a lot to be desired.The upkeep of the garden only addressed toward the end of the stay,ie grass cutting and removal of dead folliage.

Lovely cottage and garden in a picture perfect village
8.0This is a lovely cottage, comfortable and clean, and more spacious than one would expect for a small house. It has a great, sun drenched back garden too, which was lovely to enjoy. The house is in a perfect setting, on the main street of a picture perfect village, and on the doorstep of endless, beautiful walks, along the coast or following the river. I very much enjoyed my stay here.
− It could do with a lamp or two in the living room, but can't fault it otherwise.
