9.0We loved the peace and quiet of the place. The reception upon arrival was very friendly and attentive. However, with a very sensitive touch. The apartment was really beautiful and wonderfully decorated. And the view - breathtakingly beautiful! Words are not enough to describe..It was cold, but the room had very good heating, even in bed.

− It is isolated as it is on a working farm. Restaurant served great food, although lacking in atmosphere as only four for dinner. Bathroom had a shower/bath, with a glass wall looking over the valley, lovely affect but not that practical to get in and out.

Unique eco property with stunning views is one our favourite properties we’ve stayed in!
10.0Every aspect of this boutique, modern eco lodge was AMAZING! We stayed for a couple of days after Christmas and loved the festive feel, fire pits, and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The buildings blend in with the landscape and interiors are stunning - recommend staying in Chalet Neru. The food was delicious and higher end and the fruit / veg grown onsite. Our kids loved the farm tour and homemade ice cream and jams. All staff were super friendly, professional and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Kitchen was accommodating with my allergy restrictions. I’d been concerned about insects before we arrived however only spotted a couple of stick insects outdoors during our trip. Everyone in our family wished we could have stayed at the property for at least one more night.
− In Dec 2024, the property didn’t have a liquor license however we were able to buy some in the nearby town.
Very disappointed and very poor value
4.0The location was good but it really is in the middle of nowhere down a very bumpy track there is no doubt that the views are spectacular towards Adam’s Peak The staff were very good and helpful but at this price you might expect them to be better trained in what is expected of an up market hotel
− Given the weather we had it was cold in the room and the hotel had fires but were rarely lit The reviews of this hotel do not do it justice they are invariably glowing but that was not our experience If this is an up market hotel it falls well short For the price it should be much better for £30 we stayed in better than this I do not know how it got such good reviews the staff tried hard especially Seelam and Ilango but reading the reviews we expected much more
