9.0The location of this home was great for us as all we wished to do was enjoy relaxing time at the beach, having the estuary behind us was a bonus. The house was a perfect size and the decor was warm and relaxing and made us feel at home.
− There was a bit of miscommunication in regards to who the house was booked for, there was an assumption that we were 3 adults but two were connected instead of three individuals and a child, but with a phone call this was quickly responded to and corrected.

7.0The location was great, the house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Great selection of books, which was quite handy because there was no wifi available. The property served our purposes very well.
− Wifi would have been great, but we were only staying two nights and really wasn't essential. You just get used to having it these days and there were modems in the house.
