10.0Tijdens de hittegolf bleef het huis koel. Buiten kon je in de zon of in de schaduw zitten - schaduw met een frisse bries. Dit was zeer aangenaam. Alles is op loopafstand te bereiken.

10.0Sehr schönes, großes Haus. Ideale Lage, in wenigen Metern sowohl am Strand als auch in der Innenstadt, Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet
