Wonderful family retreat on the hillside, experiencing a special snowy morning.
10.0We loved our stay here. We have two little ones and it was perfect for families - the girls loved the toys and special touches (like sweet treats on arrival). The location overlooking the valley is stunning.
− We loved it all. It could possibly get cold on the stone floor, but we made a wood fire and the bedrooms upstairs are very warm and cosy!
We loved our stay! The owners left us a bottle of wine and and dog treats :)

Unbeatable view and cozy vibes
8.0Beautifully located and very cozy. Watching the sunset over the hills from the cottage was an absolute highlight. Our family also enjoyed the pool table!
− The upstairs door to the bedrooms did not lock which wasn’t ideal.
What a wonderful place to stay and to relax after 3 weeks of travel around the South Island.
10.0The view was to die for, frrom the landscape to the wildlife. The homestead was beautifully rustic and well appointed. It would be an absolutely fantastic place to spend a few winters nights in especially in the snow.

10.0Wonderful stay. A characterful, cosy and well equipped hideaway which was a haven of peace on a busy tour of the South Island. Convenient for Arrowtown and Queenstown but well away from the crowd. Great views from the flower covered patio.
