Ich würde dieses Haus meinen Freunden empfehlen und auch selbst wieder dort wohnen wollen.
10.0Wir waren im Juni 2026 zu viert dort. Die Außentemperatur war 36 Grad. Trotzdem war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl, ohne dass wir die Klimaanlage benutzen mussten. Die Fenster sind hochwertig und dicht. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen schon immer wieder auf das Haus gefreut und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gavina, die Vermieterin, ist superfreundlich und war sehr gut per WhattsApp erreichbar. Für die Schlüsselübergabe hat sie vor dem Haus schon auf uns gewartet. Das Haus hat 2 sehr großzügige und schön Bäder, alles war tip top in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. Man ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten im Zentrum von Fertilia, wo es Eisdiele, Restaurants unterschiedlicher Kategorie, Bars, Cafes, Apotheke und einen Supermarkt gibt, also alles was man braucht. Ein Strand ist zu Fuß in ca. 300 m Entfernung. Allerdings hatten wir ein Auto und sind lieber zu anderen Stränden gefahren, die uns besser gefallen haben. Viele unterschiedliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, wenn man ein Auto hat. Wir haben auch oft öffentliche Busse gesehen, wissen aber nicht, wie häufig sie fahren.
− Uns hat alles super gefallen. Einziger Punkt wäre: Die Betten waren bequem, weil jeder von uns in einem extra Zimmer geschlafen hat. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und komfortabel für 4 - 5 Personen. Wenn 2 Personen sich ein Bett teilen müssten, wäre das für mich persönlich unbequem.

9.0We had a great stay at the house. The owner was very kind and available whenever there was an issue. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as some water. It's right beside a beautiful beach. Fertilia is a quiet place but there are some good restaurants in town and it is very easy to go to Alghero by bus. The air con in the house was great to have as it was hotter than expected! The house is very spacious and it was a pleasure to hang out in.
− The bed was a little hard for me but everyone else was happy with theirs. The outside terraces were very hot so we didn't sit outside. But otherwise I can't fault the house in any way. It was pretty neat perfect.
