− Carry the luggage to the property as no parking space outside.
Pretty well sized cottage in the heart of Sidmouth.
10.0It was really nicely and tastefully furnished and very well equipped. I've found most holiday cottages to be a bit scruffy and furnished with cast offs but not this one, a lot of care went into making it welcoming and attractive.
− Could have done with a second loo somewhere.

10.0Location was superb, a very short walk to the town and the beach as well as costal walks
− Parking to unload and load luggage etc was a little awkward and meant carrying everything a short distance, but that was a small price to pay for the location.

− No door to the kitchen so easy to set smoke detector off when cooking particularly as no key to kitchen windows
Relaxed, slept well and felt comfortable all the time.
9.0The property was clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, thanks for having a tea pot most places do not. All instructions were provided so no worries about what to do. Gift hamper, nice.
− The hot water temperature does need to be lowered , almost scolding. The shower is a bit small for the larger person.
