− The kitchen was not clean, the surfaces were greasy, the kettle and drawer handles were grimy. The utensils in the drawers were thrown in and not organized. Only two mismatched wine glasses and only 4 coffee pods (not as advertised). Floors had been mopped but there were smears over the kitchen and dining room floors. The tumble dryer was not safe when in use. It wobbled all over the washing machine and parts fell off it. The outdoor furniture could not be used as it was absolutely filthy. The pillow cases on the beds were not clean, they had wrinkles in them from being used as second pillows. Whilst the bathroom was clean it was in poor condition with cracks and areas that needed repair.
