10.0Roomy and clean house. We experienced a blocked bathroom sink and it was fixed very quickly. Having a WhatsApp Group for the stay was very handy. TV in every room and the gas fire was nice at night. Overall great accommodations close to everything
− One mattress in the upstairs front bedroom was worn. Could feel the springs, so we swapped one side with the one in the small front bedroom and it was fine after that. (Two twins zipped together)

6.0The communication with the team was responsive, efficient and very helpful. They gave good information and check in instructions. Location was good near facilities such as pub and supermarket. The garden was big and nice. The house was a good size and we liked the separate shower room downstairs was was relatively new and well decorated. It was well shielded from the noise of the road. It was fine for what we needed.
− The beds were very soft and not comfortable at all, especially the main bedroom, they could all do with being replaced. The pillows were very thin. The TV was very slow to get to any channel. I didn't really like the experience of having to sign a separate contract to booking.com, send ID and call up to give the damage deposit, it felt a bit off. Although clean enough, the house could do with a proper deep clean especially the sealant in the main bathroom and around windows and doors. It wasn't exactly what I expected from the 'luxurious' house advertised.

Perfect for what we wanted just needs more attention to detail in the kitchen.
7.0The size of it Location Comfortable
− The shortage of kitchen equipment… No baking trays to cook on No wine opener/corkscrew,jugs,dishcloths,tea towels, floor brush, scissors. No cleaning products to clean benches and dinning table down. As a self catering house these are essential items. The bin was absolutely filthy when we took the bin liner out after our stay to empty it too
