Globalement un bon séjour
7.0Logement confortable, une salle de séjour agréable, une cuisine bien équipée. Emplacement idéal, au calme d’une petite impasse, place de stationnement devant, à 5mn à pied du centre de Jedburgh et 10mn de l’abbaye. Un hôte très attentif qui nous a signalé ce que nous avions oublié sur place et s’arrange pour que nous puissions le récupérer.
− Seul inconvénient, mais rédhibitoire pour nous, l’installation pour les repas est insuffisante, il n’y a pas de chaises. Deux petites tables pliantes pas très stables sur la moquette épaisse du séjour. Cela ne dérangera pas ceux qui aiment le plateau repas devant la TV, mais ne convient pas à ceux qui ont besoin d'être attablés comme nous
Wonderful place to call home in the Scottish Borders
10.0Such a lovely place, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and an easy walk into Jedburgh over the ancient Cannon Gate bridge. Nice sitting area. Great place if you're staying for several days and want to cook for yourself. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within a comfortable walk. Easy access to the Mary Queen of Scots house and Abbey. We had great food at Carter's Rest, Simply Scottish, and Abbey Bridge Coffee House. We were not impressed with the Coffee Corner.
We stayed for five nights comfortable and pleasant place to be central to visit Border towns and take in the history

9.0Een schattig, maar kleine cottage op een geweldige locatie. Over the Old Bridge ben je zo in de stad. Bij aankomst stond er een welkomstmand klaar met heel veel lekkers en ook voor koffie, thee, melk en boter was gezorgd. Heel luxe hoor. Het bed zeer comfortabel en ook in de badkamer is aan allerlei toiletspullen geen gebrek. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is als je 3 weken aan het rondreizen bent.
− Het bleef lastig om het huis warm te houden. Op zich genoeg radiatoren, maar de warmte verdwijnt snel. Betere isolatie zou fijn zijn. De bank is erg doorgezakt, waardoor het als oudere moeilijk opstaan is. Door ruimtegebrek mist er een eettafel.
