The views are beautiful

We stayed here and found it a very great place for a short stay. The property itself is quite simple, but it was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. For a few nights in Kaikōura it worked perfectly. What really makes this place special is the deck and the view. The outlook over the coastline is genuinely spectacular and far better than we expected. During the night I woke up around 4 am to get some water and stepped outside onto the deck. The sky was completely clear and the stars were incredible. It was one of those moments that felt too special to keep to myself, so I went back inside and woke everyone up to come and see. It was absolutely worth it and something we will remember from our trip. Communication with the property was easy and straightforward, which made the stay feel relaxed from the start. If you are looking for somewhere fancy this may not be the place, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location with an unforgettable view, it is a really good choice. We really enjoyed staying here.

Location superb for our needs, peaceful private, warm and cosy(we stayed mid winter) great for doing the peninsula walkway track. Amazing view from accommodation. It's a great place to just download from the hustle and bustle of life. No internet which was fabulous, birds song and amazing morning sunrises just a perfect getaway. 😁

Overall, a very pleasant place to stay, the views were to die for!!

The view was sensational. The kitchen was adequately stocked, the bed was comfortable, nice living room.

− The shower tiles had a bit of mould but nothing too excessive, we couldn't work out how to lock the fromt sliding door from the inside

View was amazing once the rain stopped very comfortable accommodation found a little path just down from the accommodation which took us through a bush area that brought us down to the beach and shops very peaceful
